Cheska Lynn was born in Tampa, Florida. After spending her first eight years in Berkshire, England, and Chicago, IL, she served out the remainder of her childhood along the Gulf Coast in Louisiana and Texas, always returning each summer to Tampa.
Four years after graduating from Hollins University where she studied political science and French, she attended the University of North Texas to pursue a master’s in library science. After a dispassionate career across various industries, she entered Vermont College of Fine Art’s MFA in Writing program, graduating in 2017.
She dabbles in watercolor painting, photography, and graphic design and is usually up for a long hike.
She currently resides in Upstate New York.
